Gatwick Airport offers a range of facilities catering for all kinds of different travellers and is proud to be "user friendly" to every single passenger travelling through the airport.

   
 

North Terminal Facilities
Use the information below to find specific facilities at Gatwick Airports North Terminal such as executive business lounges, baby changing facilities, accessible toilets and free Help Points for those with disabilities.
  North Terminal - Departures
  Bureaux De Change 2 x Bureaux de Change. Thomas Cook, open 24 hours, and TTT, open 05:45-22:30, are located on each side of the door to the International Departures security area. Travelex in the shopping mall and Thomas Cook opposite the exits to short term car parks, both open 24 hours.  
  Cash Dispensers 3 x ATMs near Thomas Cook and the smoking area - Barclays, Midland and Nationwide Link cater for most international cards.  
Food & Drink Mezzanine level food hall in the Avenue
Left / Lost Luggage Opposite British Airways check-in. Open 06:00 - 22:00, £5.50 per item up to 24 hours, £6 for each extra 24hours.
Luggage Trolleys Free trolleys are available just inside the terminal entry doors in the 'atrium'. Trolleys can sometimes be found in the Short Term car park.
Pay Telephones Many throughout the mezzanine level and the check-in areas.
Postal Services Mail boxes and stamp machines located near the door to International Departures opposite TTT Bureau de Change.
Shopping News shop and bookstore at check-in. The Avenue shopping mall has a comprehensive range of outlets.

Toilets Located at each end of the check-in area, between Zones A / B and E / F and on the left side of the mezzanine level. Disabled facilities, baby changing areas and showers are available.
 
 
  North Terminal - Arrivals
  Bureaux De Change 2 x Bureaux de Change in the Arrivals hall. Thomas Cook, open 05:30-23:00, and Travelex, open 05:30-22:30.  
  Buses Available from the Terminal forecourts  
Car Hire All the larger companies have desks in the self contained building across the forecourt from Arrivals.
Food & Drink Coffee & Snacks only available.
Information Desk In main Arrivals area
Luggage Trolleys Available free of charge in Baggage Reclaim area.
Pay Telephones In Baggage Reclaim and in the main Arrivals hall.
Places of Worship An inter-faith chapel for private prayer is on the arrivals concourse.
Parking Access to Short Stay car park across the forecourt. Shuttle bus outside the terminal for Long Stay parking.

Toilets In Baggage Reclaim and at each end of the Arrivals Hall where there is also disabled access, showers, and baby care facilities.

  Bureaux De Change Travelex on right after passport control, TTT near entrance to Gates 49-56. Both open 24 hours.  
  Entertainment Video games area near the Red Lion pub. More >>  
Food & Drink Variety of outlets from fast food to quality restaurants.
Information Desk In main concourse after passport control.
Internet Cafe Internet access, e-mail, games, office software, scanning, printing and faxing. Located in Departures Lounge, open 06:00 to 21:00. More >>
Pay Telephones Available on main concourse and mezzanine levels. Phone with hearing enhancement on mezzanine floor.
Postal Services Mail box on left after passport control and a photo booth that takes passport pictures near The Scotch House shop.
Shopping Tax free shopping mall offering a wide variety of stores. More >>

South Terminal Facilities ...
 
Use the information below to find specific facilities at Gatwick Airports South Terminal such as executive business lounges, baby changing facilities, accessible toilets and free Help Points for those with disabilities.
 
  South Terminal - Departures
  Banks The bureaux de change offer limited banking services.  
  Bureaux De Change Travelex is in Zone A, open 06:00-19:30, and in Zone J/K open 24 hours. Thomas Cook is in Zone F, open 24 hours, and in the mezzanine shopping area, open 06:00 - 21:00.  
  Cash Dispensers Barclays, Midland and AbbeyLink machines opposite the International Departures security entrance in Zone G/H. American Express ATM on the rail station concourse.  
Food & Drink On the mezzanine level around the shops in The Village.
Luggage Trolleys Available free of charge on the forecourt. Porters are also available.
Pay Telephones In the service zones close to the check-ins, and throughout the mezzanine level.
Places of Worship An inter-faith chapel is available for private prayer in The Village.
Postal Services Mail box and stamp machine in Zone F. Postal services available on the upper mezzanine level along with instant passport photographs, photocopying and a business card printing machine.
Shopping News shop and bookstore at check-in. Range of shops in The Village on the mezzanine floor. More >>
Toilets At both ends and in the middle of the check-in area. The mezzanine level toilets all have disabled facilities. Showers available on the mezzanine floor.
 
 
  South Terminal - Arrivals
  Bureaux De Change TTT Foreign Exchange is open from 06:00-22:30, Thomas Cook is open from 06:00 to 23:00 close to Zone S. TTT also have a small bureau in the rail concourse.  
  Buses Available from outside the terminal at the street level forecourt. More >>  
Car Hire All the larger companies have desks beyond the meeting point.. More >>
Cash Dispensers American Express machine in Rail concourse.
Food & Drink Coffee & Snacks only available.
Information Desk In main Arrivals area
Left Luggage Arrivals hall near car hire desks. Open 24hrs, £5.50 per item up to 24 hours, £6 for each extra 24hours.
Luggage Trolleys Available free of charge in Baggage Reclaim area.
Pay Telephones In Baggage Reclaim and in the main Arrivals hall.

  Airline Lounges Upper level, next to Thomas Cook Bureau de Change.  
  Bureaux De Change Thomas Cook open 06:00-24:00, Travelex open 05:45-23:30.  
Cash Dispensers One ATM located at the Thomas Cook Bureau on lower level.
Entertainment Video games area upstairs, near McDonald's More >>
